Commands

Evolve provides the following commands for user interaction.

help - Shows the image above listing all available commands.

status - Shows the current state of evolution of the system, including metrics and progress indicators.

analyze - Runs a system analysis to provide detailed insights into the performance and activities of the agents.

clear - Clears the terminal's chat history.

reset - Resets the evolution state, allowing the system to start a new evolutionary cycle

agents - List all active agents currently in the system

cells - Displays a visualization of the cell structures or processes simulated by the system.
